Well I can help you with the fog light if it is the same as my 182..?

1. You can access it from under the car, by removing two torx nuts holding the plastic sheet/splash guard thing on (in front of the front wheel directly below the fog light.) You don't have too touch the wheel arch plastic.

2. You can then bend the sheet slightly(as it is quite flimsy) and from under the car you can see up behind the light.

Reaching in (I had too feel this bit as I cant get my head under my car lol) The foglight has two torx nuts on either side of it @ 3 and 9 o'clock, they are the same size as the two you removed to take the splash guard off)

3. Before undoing the light from the bumper untwist the bulb from the back. Now undo the torx nuts on the fog light and the unit will come out backwards. This technique removes the glass unit but leaves the 'fog light surround' in the bumper.

Took my about 10mins too change my broken light.

Hope that helps.
