Cracked wheel

Any one else had this issue when getting wheels powder coated. They have told me it can be welded am just waiting on a price

What wheels are they? Is it the paint that is cracked or is the wheel actually compromised?

Turinis they have been in a acid bath and this showed up hasn't gone all the way through but advised me it needs welding (stress fracture )

Have they been returned a few times before?

I dunno I recently just bought them and sent them straight to the powder coaters

all welding and powdercoated good as new
