ohh well, just coming back from taking the lass to work and hit a central / beacon thingy in a village then fish tailed into a kerb, wheel damage and suspension rods about 30mph, 3 people in a row did the same thing.

in theory a cheap fix but its not driveble

should of stayed in bed

yea i was doing this, i dont have ESP on the car so dunno if that helps or hinders, i had gone down a seemingly much worse b road earlier with no other cars opposite locked twice but made it to her work, just on the way back it must have been sheet ice ? the other guy who was pulled up behind me in his works van did the same to the same wheel as mine at only 15mph !

just no way out of it, perhaps a 4wd vehicle may have but its done now


least im ok, towards the end of the skid i was on the wrong side of the road and still moving at a fair pace down the hill onto a blind bend

cheers guys/gals, getting lifts into work this week while it gets fixed shouldnt be a write off.

... although it would bring the prospect of a 197 closer haha


if im being honest it was just fast enough to give me a bit of a scare, not yesterday but today i feel a bit lower about it all now the roads are clear.
