Crazy engine revs

i have just followed the guide on here about removing the carbon canister and i have double checked all the steps to it. and it now revs up to 2gs and then almost stalls and then up again
any ideas

Sounds like the crank sensor. Get a diagnostic done..

what being broke or after removing what i have done. it was fine before

It might of just come out abit.
Take it out and give it a clean ..

Have you blocked off the vacumme pipe that goes into the inlet manifold? Sounds like it's either leaking or not blocked up.

i have blocked the one from the tank and from the inlet and left the other plug plugged in
