Does anyone know if you can tune the FM radio in manual?

Everytime i go up or down the band it searches straight to a station.

Yes you can. If you press the tuner button(I think) or the button on the bottom of the stalk contols. There are 3 options, choose manua.l.

Yeah but when i select manual it still jumps from station 2 station.

i want it so i can go 99.1 - 99.2 - 99.3 - 99.4 etc.

Do you not just press the tune up/down button and hold it... then you can tune in 0.5 mhz increments.
