cup rear brakes

Just changed the rear discs/pads just wanting to know how much should the brakes hold as when I press the pedal the brakes dont seem to hold the rear wheel much at all

On a cup the rear brakes are pretty much there for cosmetics they do very little... That said it should stop the wheel free spinning.

Just read the mot article on it and looks like it's just the actuating arm that's missing, I thought it was a fixed valve, not just disconnected lmao typical French!

Yeah so mate of mine for his mot just zip tied it all the way up. Job done
