Curved or flat

What would you go for, curved or flat?
I'm stuck between these 2.

Price isn't an issue as after a price match there's only £30 between them. Which would you go for? I think the 6220 is a better tv internally iirc.

If its wall mounted flat.
If you need viewing angle flat.

It won't be wall mounted. I'd get the flat one but it's not in stock and they don't know when it will be

Personal preference is flat but I’d just go to Curry’s and look at both kinds and see which you prefer

Flat screens can be viewed from most angles, curved screens are best viewed from dead centre. If its viewed by family, go for flat.

I managed to get the flat one. Seems there was only 1 in stock this morning so I grabbed it sharpish. Hope it's not a return that's been opened and used.

I've viewed a lot of curved ones. My unlce has a 65" and it works well in that room. My mate has a 55" one of the first and I just didn't like it.

I would always have flat.

I prefer curved and went for one of those as the size / curvature was ideal for my living room and the fact that there is only my good lady and myself to be entertained. Hence, we sit smack bang in the sweet spot for the tv.

Mine would be in the corner of my lounge though rather than directly in front of me. £400 for the 50" flat samsung one can't be sniffed at though. Comes on saturday!
