custom exhaust help

im thinking of getting a custom exhaust made for the 182 but what would be the best combination for performance and sound

ie bore size , with or without centre box and tip size

also what cost would it be as an idea or would it be best getting quotes myself

2.5" pipework, centre box to keep it bareable, 3" slash cut would be my choice

reed speed have quoted £350 all in for that setup but are asking why 2.5" they usualy 2.25"

is that a decent price ???
