Cyllinder type thing underneath passengers headlight....

On finding my horn , I noticed a cylinder type instrument thing that has two big holes init which looks like something to do with the original airbox as i have an itg induction kit.

What is it and can it be removed without causing any issues.

Re circulation valve. You wont have any problems removing it. Just blank off the vacuum pipe.
