Having just had a good chat with Alpine technical on tha compatibility of thier H/Us andthe renault CD Changers and also the stalk control
Some Alpine H/Us will work with the stalk, you need to buy a couple of parts The failsafe is if the H/U has a 3.5mm Jack Plug input you can work it with the stalk
Bad news You cannot work the changer with an aftermarket H/U. THere is no way to transfer the signal. Bummer
Just thought I would clear this up as I couldnt find a def answer on here
