d7f to f7p conversion help!!

  clio mk1
well lads i recently bought a clio 1.8 16v f7p for small money, the shell is a bit rusty but the engine and running gear is sweet so i plan on converting everything into my other mk1 clio which is a 1.2 d7f. Had a bit of a search but couldnt realy find anything on this swap.

Has anybody done this swap before? The wiring being my biggest concern?

Any help is much appreciated!

cheers.

Did a D7F to F7R conversion on a Mk1 Ph3

There's most likely going to be a bit of wiring yes but how much depends on the year of your shell. If its 97-98 then the imobillisers strated to get pretty intense around this time and it won't be simple.

We just effectively did a reshell, took every bit of wiring out of both cars and replaced the 1.4 stuff with the valver looms. Then we got a ph1 ecu without an immobiliser and went out and hammered it for the next year or so!
