damaged aux-belt tensioner pulley

Discovered this just yesterday, see pic:

I don't know how this could happen, as i didn't hear anything wierd at all, no squealing or anything... my only quess is that maybe some stone somehow came between pulley and belt :dapprove:

My question is, do you guys think i can get away with just changing the tensioner, or should i replace whole aux-belt kit? (belts have been replaced little more than a year ago)

Ouch, it's only really sensible to change the whole lot now IMO. God knows what damage has been done to the belt.

The pulley on my tensioner looked like that when it was removed after a cambelt failure that was caused by the aux belt! I'd get it changed asap!!
