Dark purple wheels, am I mad?

Just had the thought in my head that dark purple will go nicely with red, so I was wondering if anyone would be able to knock up a quick photoshop of the cars current wheels in dark purple just as an ideas as to how it would look. Wheels will most likely change by then though so feel free to put any kind of purple wheels on there.

Sorry if this pic is a bit useless, cars at the garage currently so cant get a decent side on pic of it.

Thats a pic from mid November, dont have any with a recent side on view and that picture was meant for the dirtiest car of the year thread :rasp: it is spotless now.

Either get new wheels or don't bother. I've got the same ones and they are terribad, I toyed with the idea of spraying them black a while back (to disguise them a bit against the car) - but for all the effort they'd probably still look utter balls.

I should really get some turinis or 172 wheels or summink to make me look like one of the ubercool gang..

Yeah I was thinking of getting the later style dynamique ones, My mate has a set of 16" ones from a Megane I think, but he seems to believe that I will need spacers for them :S

Hmm, what about purple steels? Id need to deck it though to get away with it I think, meaning coilovers would be next on the list, I really should start saving this money for next years insurance though really, but you only live once!

But yeah, purple looks... alright.

I don't think purple will do well with red. Not much does tbh.

White would look good but f**k me they are a bugger to keep clean.
