dash backlight problem

got a bulb gone behind the dash ( petrol gauge area ) and i can never see the outside temp thing. as the bulb ( i asume ) has gome there too. is it easy to change all of these to LED and change the dials ? and is it a bulb behind the outisde temp display ? or sumthing else ?
