I dopped into my local Renault dealer this morning to book my car in for an oil and filter change, and to get the knocking when cornering on an un even surface fixed.

Outside was a new Cup. I commented to the service guy that looking at the Cup it almost makes me want to chop mine in against it. He replied "Is that the blue one?" lol Good job hes not a sales guy

If you have a problem if no one else can help, then you need to hire the A-Team.

you guys would love the dealer I use.

Its the receptionist who gives you a run down of what was done during a service, and they even know why the spark plugs are not changed at the same interval as standard clios.

my dealers are great, i go over and order touch up paint, they take code and order it for me, tell me to come in on the following week to pick it up, so in i go to get told "Sorry mate, i tried to call you and tell you that Renault done make touch up paint for their black cars"

mine are fine, like viceroy said its the receptionist who gives the rundown on the service and another time jumped up, and walked outside to give me an opinion on a large scratch down my door, recommended a bodyshop for me and everything. very helpful, only fault i can see with renault dealerships is the hourly labour charge.

The Southend dealer is useless, when I was getting my cup they asked what colour I wanted! I went somewhere else after that...

Hmm well my dealer starter off bad by replacing an part that it didnt need - then redeemed themselfs big style by keeping my car for 5 days until they found the fault and fixed it - they charged me nothing!
