decat help!! quick replys needed

hi all

currently removing my decat and putting my cat back on for m.o.t time,
is there an easier way of getting it off as the bolts on the manifold side its so hard to get any tools in the and the bolts have funny spring clips with just a little bolt on the end but its really hard to access

help needed please

the only thing that improves access is dropping the subframe. And I wouldnt recommend that as it takes a day
Without proper ramps, this is a difficult and annoying job.
The best piece of advice i can give if for refitting. Make sure you fit the manifold>cat join 1st. That way you can angle the cat to get one side on first and then push it across the other way to get the other spring loaded bolt on.

As for getting it off, can you get a grinder in there?

Why not get yourself a 182 manifold? makes life easier (as far as decats are concerned) and you get more perfromance. Guide
