Decent plugs?

My 172 is on roughly 31k. I know that the plug change intervals are massive on these but would a new set of decent plugs be of benefit?
What should I look for?
Would decent leads be worth bothering with as I can't see the original items having taken too much stick.

Which particular NGK's are they Jon as I would prefer not to buy from a dealer - I have just run out of lube LOL.
I am guessing you mean new leads aren't worth it?
