dell inspiron 9400 drivers ???

just formatted my harddrive , install windows xp and some of the drivers but i have 3 base system device that i have yet to find drivers for , is there any way i can find out what these base system devices are!!!

could just be for stupid things like usb2.0 drivers or something like that. do add and remove new hardware and then search for the software online?
