Two days, but longer if I want wheels done.. may save the wheels for another time! I dont have a spare car so i'm going to struggle!

Yeah sucks being without a car, I look forward to seeing the pics when it's done.

Poorer quality of life up north though!

Just spoke to them and tried to get it for £250 cash but they outsource them now and pay £70 per wheel anyway (I had haggled from £80).

The Megane wheels i had done were yeah, powdercoated red. Decent enough job for £120.

Does anyone know the paint code for standard cup turinis? Last time I asked for 'bright silver' they were more grey. Ive had a search but it isnt what I remember.. I remember the paint code being a weird word and a number.

Cas Coatings do them for a £1 an inch in Bradford but you need to remove tyres and refit them after yourself and work is definitely hit and miss.

they've been going for years and do a hell of a lot so probably small profit per wheel. i used to charge £25 just to dip a wheel and at that price it wasn't worth the hassle most of the time.

Cas Coatings do them for a £1 an inch in Bradford but you need to remove tyres and refit them after yourself and work is definitely hit and miss.

Plus VAT and only for solid colours, it (was) £1.50 an inch for metallics.
They only blast and coat, so if the wheel has dents or curb marks in they won't sort those out.

Had a few sets done there.

Nope. Wheel people rang on Friday saying the alloys had quite a lot of pitting, so had to go back in the stripper.. or something along those lines. Tomorrow hopefully!

Just collected it. Really happy with it, the paint match is spot on and they got rid of a couple of other small dents in the same panel. Thanks again for the recommendation @General Dave

Sealed the wheels too.. they are rather err silver, just what I wanted.
