diagnose this electrical problem

I recently had my car motd and everythings fine expect my number plate light. I had a fiddle and fixed it myself(not sure if this is relavent) it was just a loose fatening

Then the otherday my radio stops working, interior light stops working and warning light saying my doors are open come on this is while driving. I instantly thought a fuse had gone but it doesnt appear to have. Anyone no what is?

Youve got it dave-only checked the fuses in the car. Where are they in the engine bay then?
