different engine??



  Nissan 370Z
are the engine on a 2003 1.2 16v clio different to that on a 1.2 16v 2004 clio as i noticed k-tec make a totally different induction kit to go on a 1.2 16v 2004onwards because of a newer engine or something, cna anyone help me with this?

ive read that aswell, but i had a 2003 03 plate 1.2 16v, and now ive got an 04 1.2 16v, and the engines are exactly the same?

maybe its just the manifold which is different, ha...im confused now. im sure someone will help me out.

is the inlet system better on the newer systems and does it make a difference in many things?

Not a massive improvement it now covers most of the engine and looks shite. The rails slightly different as the injectors weren't too clever on the older one and a few other bits

Its now got a little picture of a spanner with a line threw it and scares most people.

Still a solid engine.
