digital tv recorder

hello does anyone have a digital tv recorder??

ive got an xbox360, laptop with media center and broadband, but i think i need a tv dongle for my lappy to record the tv.

ive heard that the humax ones are dead good, but ive no idea, my tv has already got free view so i could just do with a recorder. i dunno know what to do...

can some one help please!! thanks

the recorder needs a freeview tuner in it really humax are good but my cheap one i bout for £40 is great

where did you get that from? how big was the hard drive?

I've got the Humax - great bit of kit - twin tuners 160gig HDD and even plug it into your PC via USB.

got it from scan i think it was it was a refurbished one with a 40gb HD but i had a spare 120gb one sat in a draw so swapped it over

this was twin tuner season link etc etc

if you're gonna get one don't even bother looking at any others, the humax is just awesome. we have two at home and the reviews on the net will back this up
