Dissapointed in ktec stage 2 tuning

If not, you are, certifiably, a remedial.
At 18 I had a Corsa 1.5d (no turbo) and I ran that for 5 years (fully comp) with no crashes or endorsements.
so, at 21 I had 3 years faultless record and could get myself a V6 coupe for £800 a year.
Y'know, I could have spent more and been really baller wit me homies, but, to be fair, I had a life to get on with which I wasn't prepared top replace with hanging around car parks and doing lap[s of city centres just to be "Cool"
So it was a plastic phalus then?

If you could afford it you would. fyi i dont hang around in car parks. i work 9-5 5 days a week so i dont have time to do that stuff
Ask them nicely to send you a new one. It would still be on file I expect in their Excel spread sheets folder. Make sure you tell them what sort of figures you'd like to see on it.

An X-plate Ph1 Si (1.4.16v). Was more than quick enough for an 18 year old, especially since I fell asleep at the wheel after a night-shift at the hospital I used to work part time at while I studied. Was a write-off, normal for most 18 year old lads to bin their 1st car. A lesson was learnt and I moved on.
Had a crappy K-tec exhaust on it for all of about a week before I realised my errors and swapped it for a set of good shocks and springs. If you want to spend money on your Clio, do that. Oh and yeah, own policy, but I didn't pay for it. I think it was about £1200 a year or something fully comp with 0NCB and a £500 excess. My Mum said she'd fund the car until I finished my degree, which I've since naturally completed.
I could afford it, but I just chose to use my money in other ways, not for chavving up a worthless car only for it to be worth even less.
And I'd imagine that the car parks and city centres don't magically disappear after 5pm.
In sumamry: your argument is invalid, but carry on, this is definately thread of the day

Money? His own house? Loads of options I guess. I could spunk loads of money on a car, wouldn't be a problem. I'm saving for a house deposit though, I'm kicking myself at 23 that I'm still saving for that. I should have banked the money I earn't when I was 18-21. I have never had an insurance quote for any of my cars over £1300 a year, even when I was 17. It's just daft also it's money you will never see again.

To be fair, if I had a 172 at 18 I probably would have thought I was awesome too. Probably would have also done some hero driving. Actually it's a good job I didn't have one at 18...

You could probably buy a nice BMW 130i for less than you've spent on your Clio so far, and if you were me also insure it too.

So the mods aren't declared. And your comment about not caring if they didn't pay out on your £2k Clio. Good luck when you bounce off a £100k car and hit a cyclist and people come looking for compo and loss of earnings etc and your insurer wash their hands of you. Insurance isn't just about your car, but then you already knew that being an intelligent well informed grown up.
I can stil afford those things even with my insurance.

However I digress you're 18 with a relatively powerful car so now with your huge power increase from ktec it will try to mate with a hedge soon.
