Do all Clio DCI 100bhp comw with rear disc brakes??

Chatting to a bloke that has the clio dci 100. his has disc brakes on the back from factory.

Do all dci 100s have discs??

was thinking disc conversion on my 1.4 but dci 100s are pretty rare, doubt I will be able to find one breaking for parts

What's the point? Spend the money on something much more worthwhile. Rear brakes do pretty much nothing anyway.
