  Chocolate Bar™

14 05pm it was placed. I can wait lol im in no hurry, its just i dont know whether to go for a third layer of egp or not and i dont know when to expect it, i hate buffing it off especially when i over apply it to parts.

Strangely i havent had a confirmation email saying its been dispatched, and i usually do within the same day of ordering before 4pm.

Hi Michael,

We were snowed under from the weekend so it definately went today by parcelforce 24 so will be with you tomorrow. On a Monday you need to get the order in before 2.05pm for next day ;)

You should get a tracking link from parcelforce.

I've always had to wait a good few days

I know we've been here before, but in fairness we did send the parcel by Parcelforce 24 to you.

The problem is your postcode area in Scotland means they call it Parcelforce 24, but it is a zone exception so can take a further 24 hours.

We are looking at getting the programming beefed up to fully differentiate the postcodes so it will say Standard rather than next day but charge the same rates as courier.

Tim, Dont really want to get back into it really, but I have never had that excuse from elsewhere. All I was saying was for the OP not to expect it next day, as it wont be.

mate thats crap!!! sorry to go slating that comment but, i live two streets away from justin and i have never had a problem with deliveries. either next day or within 2 days. never any longer than that. i think justin had to wait around a week for his order iirc. i personally have never had a problem, but to blame it on postcodes when mine is near identical is poor imo.

sorry, but if your gonna accept the praise http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=339242
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=336092

then you have to accept criticism too.

I'm not sure why you are criticising us personally though, that wasn't our fault. We do get everything out the same day or the next day, even the non next day deliveries. There is absolutely nothing more I personally can do unless I drive it up myself.

We were obviously let down by Parcelforce but Justin told me it took two actual delivery days not a week like you are saying.

I'm really not sure what I can do.

Ive not had any problems with them, always get things to me when they should and ive even had orders to me the next day when ive made one quite late in the afternoon. But then they are based quite close to me i think.

Tim is one of the more swift traders IMO. Stuff always turns up the next day or the day after.

The debacle I have had getting stuff from others though means I will never use them again.

if that be the case then i apologise and a mod can remove my earlier post. as said, i have never personally had any problems, but our postcodes are near the same.

exactly. I wont use i4 detailing again. Any problem ive had with cyc has been swiftly sorted. Besides Cyc stock quite a lot, only thing i think they should stock is the blackfire produts or atleast the tyre gel they do.

Only problem i have is they usually run out of stock when i want to buy stuff :)

see now i have had nothing but brilliant service from them. i guess its just down to personal experiences.

but agree, wish a few more places would stock BF tyre gel.

Hi Michael

Was not aware you had a problem??? I've just checked my system and see that you placed one small order in March this year which was shipped same day by Royal Mail 1st Class Recoreded delivery. I've got the proof of postage and tracking reference slip here in front of me.

no it was just i ordered one thing and got another. Like mc donalds. Same thing and tastes good, just wasnt what it looked like on the packaging. Besides. I would use you again if i needed something chemical guys related without a doubt, im tepmpted with some of the air freshners again.

Service was still good, arrived next day iirc, it was just me being a big baby about it as i was having a very shitty day. im sorry, it was wrong of me to say that.

I've ordered about 5 or six times from Tim @ CYC and its always come the following day, whether I have it delivered to work or home.

E-mail communication/PM's have been replied to swiftly. I'm really pleased to have a supplier who is actually very customer focused.

Keep up the good work Tim.:)
