do i have to reset ecu after fitting i.k ?

getting hopefully tomorrow my simota i.k for my cup . do i have to reset ecu thingy ? as never done this before on other cars how do you do it if reqd

The ECU will learn and adapt to any changes. You can disconnect batt if you wanted to but it will all end up the same way.
