Do I need new bushings?

When I go over bumps handling becomes unsettled and a rattle seems to come from near wheels or at least that area. Done engine mounts and can happen when not accelerating hard.

Check the bottom ball joints top mounts and arb bushes etc.

Nearside wheel has slight wobble. Took it off other day and mate said could be bearing but it's not bad enough to be that noticeable. He seems to think it's the exhaust.
Something to do with losing traction in wet (axle tramp) causing everything to shake making exhuast rattle around the cat. Problem is couldn't really see a way of stopping the movement. Backbox mount has extra bits of rubber in it but it's a SS system and is a touch bigger in centre than original.
