dodgey tick over

my car is acting wierd on tick over other day it just kept cuttin out when you first start it and till the car gets going now it revs its nuts off but the revs go high and low all the time anyone any ideas???

try cleaning out the throttle body and the throttle control valve thats located on the back of the body - use carb cleaner from your local motor supplies shop- if this fails you may have a coil or llambda problem.
Is there any loss of power or the orange management light ?

no light put new lamba sensor and cleaned out throttle body still same :S
