  R35 GTR
dont listen, it could be some random person. contact seller through ebay, and tell him you are paying through ebays payment system.

Tell me your only prepared to pay via the official paypal / ebay route . If that is not acceptable to him , tell him that your going to report him to ebay .

Just checked out the item . Fcuk me ! His feedback is only 84.8% , i wouldn't touch anybody with any less than 95% even then i would check all the previous transactions / feedback . This guy is keeping his feedback private , which i always view as suspicious .

Odds on he won't be selling anything by the end of the week .

Report him straight away mate .

Just report him mate . I wouldn't even bother going through with the transaction if i were you . Even if you receive the mp3 player it might not work and you'll be fighting to get your money back .

I wouldn't send him any money tbh mate . His feedback of 84% is bad for a reason .

If you report him to ebay and he does leave you negative feedback ebay can put the transaction into dispute and will remove your negative feedback .

Just report him now . I wouldn't even bother trying to buy it . Tell ebay this guy is trying to do the transaction outside of the official payment method for transactions

  don't
don't go too mad, he hasn't had a negative for over 12 months

if you do want the player i'd advise sending a cheque though unless he can prove all his address details match on both etc

He hasn't exactly sold alot in the past 12 months either . I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole . Could even be a hacked account .

Have you checked out the paypal t & c's on buyer protection (pay attention to the bit about a seller's feedback must be at least 98% positive):

Eligibility. PayPal Buyer Protection will be offered on the eBay listings of sellers who meet the qualification requirements at the time of posting the listing. If a listing is eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection, the phrase PayPal Buyer Protection will be inserted in the Seller Information box.

Seller Qualification Requirements. A seller's eBay listings are eligible to qualify for PayPal Buyer Protection coverage if the following conditions are met:

The seller's eBay feedback rating is at least 50;

At least 98% of the seller's eBay feedback is positive. The percentage calculation for this purpose includes feedback from repeat users, and therefore may be higher than the unique positive feedback percentage displayed on eBay.
