Does 172 cup have auto-lock??

Hi I had my bonnet open the other day, walked 10 yards away from my car and it locked itself and set a high pitch buzzing off every time, but when I walk away from it when everything is shut it doesn't lock, so does it or doesn't it. Thanks

Sounds like the bonnet switch. It doesn't have auto lock that I'm aware of, although mine does it randomly.

They do self lock but only if you unlock it with the key fob and do not open a door within a set time.

They do not have an automatic/handsfree entry/exit system

I think it's 30 secs without a door being opened.
