i never used to but these days i always doo :S

but it doesnt affect me playing driving games...

It doesn't bother me myself, but my m8 gets it really bad. The strange thing is (going back to his PS2 days here) - he could play Wipeout for ages and feel fine. Within a few minutes of an FPS, he started feeling weird. Strange how motion in one game doesn't affect you in another?

Distance to the monitor makes a difference (apparently) - as does lighting in the room.

Increasing the refresh rates on montors can help and enabling VSync in games.

Just some suggestions.

I only get it with bright screen dark room and got it for a bit when I went from 23" to 40"

Can't play bioshock, farcry 2, quantum of solace as get severe headaches, fine with cod thank god!

Yep, I get this too, really affects me on certain games, especially COD for some reason, thats my excuse why I'm not very good at it lol
