does it matter which way round a triple C camber bolt goes

Had mine fitted today and I'm not sure if it will matter or not but which way does the adjuster need to be facing? Front bumper or rear bumper?

Someone please help. Maybe I'm asking the wrong question. I want to add negative camber to the front wheels, the triple C h&r bolts replaced the upper of the two bolts on the strut. I know you have to rotate the bolt one way or another to achieve negative or positive camber but I'm not sure which way it needs to be facing. Go on google and look at triple C bolts. Does the larger of the 2 brass washers need to be facing the rear of the car or the front. Or is it irrelevant. Thanks really need confirmation of this.
