does wheel corrosion come under warranty

been cleaning my motor and seen corrosion coming through on alloys, ive got the 182 cup wheels the gray ones (keep forgetting proper name) deos any one no if they are supposed to come under warranty cause my nearest renault dealer are a bunch fo dicks!!!! (reg vardy renault aberdeen)

wheels are a bit of a grey area in my opinion.

if the wheel is physically mint, without any curbing or other self-inflicted damage then they should sort it. however, they will try to argue that you haven't been caring for them sufficiently, so it will get referred to renault UK.

or use of acidic wheel cleaners etc

most manufacturers would... but this is renault and would imagine theyd do all they could to get out of it.
