dogbone mount worn out?

today i realised that there is a lot of play in the dogbone mount, I could easily move it from side to side with my fingers by gripping the rear end of it, does this mean its worn out, or should it be this loose?

can it be tightened or does it need replacing?

Thanks, after looking at the photo of the uprated item, there should be no play in the joint at all.

I will probably replace with a standard part as I am not planning on keeping the car for much longer.

I put a new standard 1 on today it was £33 from my local renault garage
