Doing own paint touch-ups - please advise

I've been quoted various quotes from £160 - £200 for an alloy wheel repair, and to get this wee scratch on my bumper done

My question is, is this paint job easy enough to do myself? Any advice?

it depends if you want it brilliant or just so u dont really notice it. you could always use a touch up and flat it down a bit with some polish, it will take your eye away from it. but £160 doesnt seem too bad if its with the wheel repair.
