Driver top mount turning with steering wheel

  Clio 1.2 Extreme
First time poster so sorry for any mistakes.
Had a bit of an accident a while back, it was a rainy day and I braked and the car kept sliding. Luckily I hit a kirb and there was no serious damage.

However, when I turn my steering wheel, the driver side suspension top mount and strut turn with the wheel. There is also a bit of a gap between the rubber of the mount and the chassis. I want to know if this is the strut or the mount, also what else it could be.

Thank you in advance and I hope I didn't post in the wrong section etc. :)

Well on the other side there is no gap and it doesn't turn with the wheel. The car moves forward a bit too when the wheel is turned
