Drivers seat difficult to slide?

Hi, as above, my drivers seat is difficult to slide both forward and backwards. What could this be?

bars are bent or needs some form of lubrication i would say...

By bars, how do you mean? And how would I check them for that?

by bars i mean the metal things the seat sits on (sometimes called runners). There is an inner bit and a outer bit. if they are bent, then it will be tight.

If the anti-vibration mounts have been taken out then it will be difficult to slide.

Mine was a bit tight, but i moved it back and forth a few times in a row and its loads better.

Don't think anything has been removed, as it's gradually got worse tbh. I'll check it out at the weekend. Really annoying me tho!!
