driving me mad!!

does any1 know what the 'thing' next to the interior light is in a 172 mk2 phase 2 cup?
it makes a small buzzing noise and its driving me up the wall, lol!

It's the circulating fan for the heating.

yep? what does it do?

You can take off the cover and give the fan a clean. I think the fan unclips easily as well. Some say it stops the buzzing, mine didn't stop completely but I'm pretty sure it was quieter after a clean.
