Are you able to do requests if we have them? (for a cost obviously)
Sods law I just bought what I needed, but CNC'd would have been PERFECT! If it breaks again (and you can take requests), I'll give you a shout. Here was the item in question: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/catalog/Skyfun-kit-2.jpg (no idea if CNC is the best way to make it (the metal bit), but I didn't see how else).

yeah i take requests, trouble is one off items arent cheap. the time and effort to design, code and machine, its pretty much the same price to make one as well as it is 5-10
you could machine it flat then just bend it by the looks of the photo
