DVD-ram curropt help!

Recorded my son's 1st birthday party yesterday on my panasonic dvd camcorder. It uses small size double sided dvd-ram discs.

I popped the disc in my pc to have a look at it and both sides played fine (had to use movie maker to view it) Movie maker crashed so I took the disc out and put it in my dvd player but the second side will now not play at all. I tried putting the disc in the camorder but only one side is playing.

Anyway of recovering the disc? I quickly tried a few programs to try and recover the disc but no luck.

Its only about 10 mins of film but is obvious very sentimental as it had him blowing the candles out etc.

Very, very difficult to do optical disk recovery. First thing I'd do though, is flick the write protect so something doesn't format it as an unformatted disk.

Other than that, I'm not much use...

try disk cleaning products.. disk doctor etc.

Aside from that you could try as many different readers as possible.. some have better lasers than others.
