Will the dynamique dials fit my 1999 clio mk2 ph1 ?

dont see why not, but the ph1 172 white dials are much better....lol

No because the Ph2 uses the UCH and canbus wiring iirc. So the dials are different, only Ph1 dials will work afaik.
