Dyno Run Hints + Tips??

Im Putting my car on the rolling road this saturday. I havent done this before so i was wondering if you guys could help me out and fill me in a bit. The car is standard apart from a K-tec stealth system. anything easy i could change like tyre pressures or anything??

Tyre pressures won't do much unless you have 8 million BHP! Only thing i would do is warm the car up before hand

^^^ yep, just make sure the car is nice and warm because it'll be run to the limiter.


Then just sit back and leave the rest to the RR, it decides how much ATFW power it's going to give you by plucking it out of the air at random. :rasp:

Take your power at the wheels, add 10, and divide by 0.85
This should give you an approximate flywheel figure.
There's a good chance they'll tell you it's much higher though.......

Pump your tyres to 90psi, like Ali does.

Just check all your fluids & as John says make sure the car is up to full operating temp.
