Eagle Eye angel eyes died

Hi,
I have some Eagle Eyes EE-RN058 headlights for my Renault Clio II and the angel eyes do not work anymore. I have taken the headlight apart and the part RN058IV, 350-430mA has completely burnt out. I presume it is some kind of DC to AC converter as it has a small transformer in there, the angel eyes aren't an LED, look more like some kind of fluorescent tube to me.

Is it possible to get replacement RN058IV parts?
If not does anyone know what the output voltage is from the RN058IV?

Same problem here, can't find those eagle eyes anywhere, not even on the chinese wholesale sites...
