Easy way to remove ABS rings

OLR

  Ph1 172 and Red 197
To remove an ABS ring use a flat blade screw driver and hammer it into the edge of the ABS ring between the disc an the ring.
Do this all the way around the ring.
Then turn the driver 90° doing this all the way around the ring.
Then do the same as above with a bigger flat blade.

I did it in about 2-4min each disc but dont rush.

OK once thats done the much harder part, getting the new ABS rings on.

For this I used the old rings for help.

Then hit them with a hammer moving around the ring.
