Hi guys, and sorry if this isnt in the right area but...
I tried to make a purchase from Ebay last night (i havent used it in a while) So i got through to Pay Pal and it had an old account which i dont use anymore. Obviously i had to register my current account.
My question is this, since when did you have to wait until they debit your account with 2 amount's in pennies to confirm that your actually the account holder?
Ive had to email the Seller and make an apology and said that ill get the money to them double quick as soon as i get this sorted.
Does any one know how long it take for the amounts from pay pal to go into your bank to confirm?
Good security measure i suppose but damn inconvienient
