Yes,seller is suggesting to get double drilled.
4x108 is common on Audi,Citroen,Ford,Peugeot older models.850T5,Porsche 924.

UK 2013 Formula Renault 1.6 Tech Regs say 13" rims must be used.You need to check they came from this series,if so 15" would be OK.

I checked that but 280mm discs is 11 inch so that is not leaving much space for the caliper, unless the wheels are designed to accept the caliper.

Not going to be much good on a 1000kg+ clio coming from a 500kg single seater are they? Discs are only 280mm x 18mm thick so the 'big brake' kit is actually smaller than what every 172/182 already has.

Good point,OE are 280x24,and work well anyway.They have sold,so it`s a all a bit theoretical now.
