Sold a wireless router on ebay and the buyer can't set it up. Now he wants to return it, if he can't get a refund he will leave bad feedback, I've had a few messages off him:
"the modem that i recieved is in a good condition but i am unable to install the modem so i am wondering if i will be able to return the objest?

I told him you do not need to install it, just put 192.168.2.1 into your browser and configure the network from here.

Surely he can't ask for a refund when he can't get it working? Not my problem is it?
