Eibach - Sportline vs Pro-kit

Is the drop the only difference between these, or are the Sportlines stiffer as well?

Think Sportlines are 35% stiffer than OE springs; Pro are 25% stiffer.

Im feeling drawn to the Sportlines to go on my 172 for road and occasional trackdays. Ive still got the OEM 16s so hopefully it wouldnt be too harsh a ride.
