Just sorted out my renewal on my Clio, and with all mods declared (Wilwoods, coilovers, Turinis') my insurance only went up £38! So I'm now paying circa £550 full comp and protected NCB.
Not bad when another company tried charging me £1205 for the same thing.
Obviously helps having 7 years NCD, and a Mrs who a holds a advanced driving license too.
