Engine Brakes etc.

I've had the car of the road for 3 months now and I'm strting to drive it again come friday, what do I need to do before starting & setting out on the road regards brakes, engine etc, and running the in maybe again.

Check the tire pressures,check the oil,check the coolant, normal stuff really. Brakes will probs be ceased but should uncease themselves as you drive.
